Fuelo began with one question: where is it, right now? Our first product answered that for fleets, vehicles and high-value assets across India — and became the engineering foundation every product since has been built on.
The Challenge
Fleet owners and logistics businesses across India had no reliable way to know where their vehicles were in real time. Existing trackers were expensive, imprecise, and failed on patchy rural networks — leaving businesses blind to delays, misuse and theft.
What We Built
A GPS hardware + cloud platform combination: rugged in-vehicle trackers reporting live location every few seconds, a dashboard for route history and geofencing, and instant SMS/app alerts for speeding, unauthorized stops, or geofence breaches — engineered to stay connected even on 2G.
